Yesterday I took advantage of Brisbane Open House to visit and photograph a number of buildings around Brisbane. Once a year a number of architecturally diverse buildings around Brisbane open their doors to the general public, with the architects and interior designers responsible for the work giving guided tours. This photograph was taken inside the new Brisbane Supreme and District Court building, formally known as the Queen Elizabeth II Courts of Law.  Outside the courtrooms (where photography is not allowed) is this display of former Queensland judges in their finery.
