The southern end of the Gold Coast is a great place to be late afternoon. Burleigh Heads in particular is a favourite location to watch the sunset. This shot was taken a few weeks ago – supposedly in the middle of Winter. There were plenty of people on the beach and in the sea – where the water temperature was warmer than the air temperature!
